This contains my experiences with luxury brands customer service.
After my 40th...Decided to splurge and buy myself an LV on the go Leather GM bag. Literally had a bad customer service experience. I placed the order online, this was cancelled multiple times. I had to call in, only to be given some BS speech.
After several days, this was cleared up and I really disliked the manner and how I was spoken to. I just could not justify spending that amount of money with LV. Since I had gone through the hassle, I still made a purchase.
Given the experience, I just made the conscious decision to look for other relatively luxury brands to spend my money with.
After researching, I came upon Senreve and Polene-Paris. 1st time with both brands.
Senreve - I have to admit, I put them through their pace. Also for a company to say their bags have a lifetime warranty is basically unheard of. This I had to experience. Colour me intrigued. Straight to their website....
My first purchase with them was the aria belt bag in pebbled merlot. Got a USD50 discount using angeleyn (from youtube)'s discount code. Shipping was very fast. They also paid for shipping and customs fees to UK. Pleased.....
I loved my overall experience. Loved the design of the bag and feel. Decided to invest in the brand's products.
Going to test out the vegan line. I was not sure what size or colour would suit me either.
Did my research online, dipped my toes in, ended up pre-ordering the vegan mini Maestra in merlot colour again along with a city scarf ( scarf came free as an added bonus).
After several weeks, changed my mind and decided to go for another texture and colour. Got the mini Maestra - mimosa leather in spearmint colour. This is just beautiful.
Colour me hooked.....
Another purchase got me the Midi Maestra in pebbled leather, chestnut colour. Again my indecisive self reared it ugly head. Contacted customer service, they were very accommodating and I was able to change to the sand colour in pebbled leather.
As part of my purchases, Senreve would reward their customers with little gifts as a thank you for your purchases. Gift card of USD100 towards your next purchase (received that twice), my City scarf was also a gift.
Colour me pleased....
Used one of my gift cards to purchase the card wallet in pebbled leather in augerbine colour. They also paid for the shipping and custom fees.
Bi-annually, they sell bandbags they have used for promotions, photoshoots or store displays at a discounted price. I got an email for early access. Was also to score a mini maestra, pebbled leather in coral colour for 30% off along with angeleyn (from youtube)'s discount code.
Was going to upload several pictures of me with the bags to detail size and how it fits across the body but there are several videos and sites where this has been done including details of what would fit into the bag.

My experience with Senreve has been pretty amazing and their customer service has been excellent. LV needs to take a lesson from them. Treat your customers well and keep them keen. Worked well with me.
Polene-Paris - Needed a new green bag and saw one online. After researching, found out it was from Polene. Got online to research the brand.
Liked what I saw, and my experience with them was very easy and shipping made it in good time. No extra costs. Came well packaged.
The bag is exactly like I pictured it. Love my purchase.
Gucci - I have wanted to buy a Gucci belt since forever, The ones you see are the GG huge belts and these are just not for me. Finally followed this up to see what options they offered. Spoke with customer service and they provided amazing guidance and help to figure out what was best for me.
Had a lovely experience with Gucci as well.
