What are Trendmood boxes? Lets start from the beginning. What is Trendmood.
Trendmood is a social media profile that is run by Sophie Shab. On her profile she always has the latest, hottest news in everything beauty. Skincare, makeup etc. This can range from product information, when they will be available, where they will be available, news on collaboration, discount codes to get the best price and so on.
If you are interested in anything beauty, you should definitely follow her profile. Mostly Instagram for the most up to date news. @Trendmood1 on Instagram.
What I mostly like about her profile is, you do not see pictures of her or models etc. This is filled with products and information that we need. Its not about her, its about the products and news. The focus is what I enjoy best.
Alongside this, from December 2019, she started selling her own boxes. Her 1st box featured the Ole Henriksen brand.
These boxes are not subscription boxes, they are curated boxes available with the latest, hottest items on the market at massively discounted prices.
The latest being the Boscia box with a USD122 value, however sold at USD32. Her boxes can be purchased via her site, Trendmoodbox.com. They sell out very quickly, so you have to be "on it" to get one. They are well worth their value.
Moving onto why I am featuring this on my blog. Previously, whenever I had to buy one of these boxes, would ship to a US address, then have them forwarded to me in the UK. Noticed for 2021, Trendmood has started shipping to Europe.
Bought the Boscia box and had it shipped to me in the UK. Box value was USD32, paid USD15 for shipping to the UK. Box was shipped out on the 16th of February and arrived on the 1st of March.
The shipping was smooth except, the package got stuck in Switzerland for a total of 8 days before it got moving again. Arrived in the UK well packaged. Box was not damaged and best of all, did not incur any additional fees like customs fees.
Well worth the price I paid and will certainly buy more boxes this way.
My fear was, I would be billed custom fees which will add to the total cost.
